Generator Set DOE application is a process to get approval from Department of Environmental or Jabatan Alam Sekitar Malaysia (JAS) for installation Generator Set at any site or premise.

This is mandatory requirement imposed by Malaysia Governent as stated in PERATURAN-PERATURAN KUALITI  ALAM SEKELILING (UDARA BERSIH), 1978 (refer Page 73 AKTA KUALITI ALAM SEKELILING, 1974) which stated:

Kawalan terhadap pelepasan pencemar ke udara dari cerobong yang perlu melalui alat kawalan pencemaran udara bagi mematuhi standard yang ditetapkan (Standard C) sebelum dibenarkan untuk dilepaskan ke udara.

Kelulusan Bertulis bagi pemasangan peralatan kilang dan alat kawalan pencemar udara perlu diperolehi sebelum dipasang.
